Returns and Refund Policy

 

 

We aim to give you a positively unique experience and ensure top customer satisfaction, from the time you fill your shopping cart to delivery. For this reason we insist that parcels be signed for, upon delivery. However, In the unlikely event that we supply goods that are faulty, where due to shipping and handling a leakage has occurred we offer a 14-day guarantee. We ask that you email us at: info@gileadsessencebotanicals.com, explaining your individual circumstance, and you will receive an email with directions on how to proceed with your return and refund, which will usually include sending back your defective item by post, within 5 days of receipt of your shipment, Including your order number, your returns authorization number (that would be emailed to you) and the reason you want to return the item(s). Shipping costs will also be refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for any other reasons once the order has shipped. Nevertheless, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been in packed or staged for shipping.
