Our inspiration is drawn from the age old beauty regimen handed down from generations of Kinky curly haired women from small rustic Ilaro, a village in Yewaland, Southwestern Nigeria. Ilaro, known for being a collecting point for natural produce like cocoa, Kola nuts palm oil and kernels, birthed a young lady who would make her own shampoo (African Black Soap) and luxurious rich blends of oils that would help condition and give shine to her tresses and skin, a young lady who would learn how to use nature to tame what nature had given her, a young lady who had learnt to celebrate herself.  We celebrate her, as we do you. Just like her, we use nature, harnessing all its goodness! We are proud to say that we have eliminated harsh chemicals in all our products.
